The RT-LAMP 2X Master Mix is ready-to-use RNA detection mixture using isothermal amplification. Users can perform RT-LAMP by simply adding total RNA or poly(A) RNA as substrate and specific primers. It is suitable for rapid isothermal amplification of RNA by Bst V2 DNA Polymerase and thermostable Reverse Transcriptase in the master mix.

  RT-LAMP 2X Master Mix is provided as a 2X concentrated format. Experiment can be simply set by mixing half volume of 2X master mix with primer pair/template RNA solution. 1 ml 2X master mix is sufficient for 100 reactions in a 20 ㎕ standard reaction.

 

  The RT-LAMP 2X Master Mix can be used in fluorescent dye (SYBR), probe or in colorimetric reactions by user's purpose.
