The RT-LAMP Enzyme mix is ready-to-use RNA detection mixture using isothermal amplification. Users can perform RT-LAMP by simply adding total RNA or poly(A) RNA as substrate and specific primers. It is suitable for rapid isothermal amplification of RNA by the probe-based RT-LAMP assay, which is rapid, highly specific and sensitive.

The RT-LAMP mix is provided as 2X master mix. The master mix is sufficient for 100 reactions in a 20 ㎕ standard reaction.
