BASIC Plus DNA Polymerase is a
blend of rTaq DNA
Polymerase and Pfu DNA Polymerase. This enzyme is a recombinant thermostable
enzyme that possesses both 5' to 3' exonuclease activity and 3' to 5'
exonuclease (proofreading) activity.
The proofreading activity of Pfu DNA Polymerase reduces errors during
DNA replication, ensuring accurate amplification. Meanwhile, the rapid
amplification speed of rTaq DNA Polymerase enhances the
efficiency of PCR reactions. While using rTaq DNA
Polymerase alone may lead to non-specific amplification, the combination of
these enzymes helps minimize non-specific results and provides more precise
outcomes.

mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT, 0.1% NP-40, 0.1% Tween 20, 50% Glycerol.
