HEX (β-N-Acetylglucosaminidase) catalyzes the hydrolysis of terminal, non-reducing β-N-Acetylglucosamine residues from oligosaccharides.HEX is purified from E.coli containing gene from Streptomyces plicatus.HEX has a molecular weight of ~55.2 kDa.
