β-N-Acetylglucosaminidase, E.coli catalyzes the hydrolysis of terminal, non-reducing terminal non-reducing N-acetyl-D-hexosamine residues in N-acetyl-b-D-hexosaminides.
β-N-Acetylglucosaminidase is purified from E.coli.Unit Definition- One unit will hydrolyze 1 μmole of p-nitrophenyl N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminide to p-nitrophenol and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine per min at pH 7.5 at 37°C.Storage Buffer- 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 50 mM NaCl, 1 mM EDTA, 50% glycerol.Specific Activity- 5 unit/㎕, 10 unit/㎍Product Components- β-N-Acetylglucosaminidase : 200 μl (5 units/㎕)- 10x Reaction Buffer : 500 mM sodium citrate, pH 6.0.
