The BamH I Methylase recognizes 5´--GGATCC--3´ sequences and methylates internal cytosine (C⁴) residues.

- Store at -20℃. 5 unit/㎕ in 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 1 mM DTT, 10 mM EDTA, 200 ㎍/ml BSA, 50% (v/v) glycerol.Unit Definition- One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme required to fully protect against BamH I cleavage of 1 ㎍ of λ DNA in 1 hr at 37℃.
Heat Inactivation Condition- 65℃ for 20 min.QC Tests
