Source- Recombinant gene from Haemophilus aegyptius.Applications- Blocking restriction endonuclease cleavage restricted by Hae III methylation.Reaction Conditions- 1x Methylase reaction buffer in the presence of 160 μM S-adenosylmethionine (SAM). Incubate at 37℃.
Concentration & Storage ConditionUnit Definition- One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme required to fully protect against Hae III cleavage of 1 ㎍ of λ DNA in 1 hr at 37℃.
