Single-Stranded DNA Binding Protein (SSB) binds to single-stranded DNA with high affinity but does not bind well to double-stranded DNA. It is involved in DNA replication and in recombination in vivo. Single-Stranded DNA Binding Protein is purified from E.coli.

Concentration & Storage Condition
- 1-2 ㎍/㎕. Store at -20℃.

Storage Buffer
- 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT, 0.2 M NaCl, 50% glycerol.
