Lambda Integrase is a site-specific recombinase of lambda phage. Lambda Integtase is optimized for a rapid cloning using recombination procedure in vitro. Lambda Integrase is purified from E.coli containing lambda gene for integrase. Host factor proteins are included in Lambda Integrase for efficient recombinant event.
