6X DNA Loading Buffer is a pre-mixed loading buffer with two tracking dyes for agarose and non-denaturing poylacrylamide gel electrophoresis.

The dye is used for loading DNA samples into gel electrophoresis wells and tracking migration during electrophoresis.

In a 0.5–1.4% agarose gel in 0.5X TBE, xylene cyanol FF migrates at approximately 4 kb and bromophenol blue at approximately 300 bp.

6X Composition
- 30% Glycerol, 0.25% Xylene cyanol FF, 0.25% Bromophenol Blue.

Recommended Storage Condition
- Store at room temperature (22–25°C)

Usage Information

- Use 1 ㎕ DNA Loading Buffer (6X) per 5 ㎕ DNA solution. Mix well before loading gel.
